I purchased two pair of UGGS through a facebook ad, from an "UGG OUTLET'. They arrived yesterday ( 11/16/15). Clearly, they are fakes. I have no packing information to use to return the shoes. They have "Ugg" tags but they are not in boxes. They smell terrible and the bottoms are hard plastic. I want to return them. I tried to call the company in China but the call did not go through. I thought I bought them on my American Express but there is no charge from this company. I will pursue through facebook to see if I can get correct contact information. Clearly, a fraudulant operation.
