CHEN XIN QUINDAO SHENLAN TRADE COMPANY This company advertised itself as an authentic Coach outlet store with no information as to where my Coach purse order was coming from. I have tried contacting this alleged ripoff company to return the cheaper than Dollar Store purse they sent me as an authentic Coach purse. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company. NO. 33 1 -6-601 LAOSHANQU China
I was led to believe I was dealing with an authentic Coach outlet store. AFter ordering a purse, I finally received an email confirmation on October 17, 2015 with a tracking number. When I finally got through, the purse was coming from China...No details, no phone numbers, no emails, no way at all to contact them. The email read it would take 7-15 days for arrival. The purse is not at all what the company displayed it as. It is not leather, the zipper does not work, it is very cheap plastic material and not an authentic purse by any means. I contacted the original Coach stores and they informed me this place has nothing to do with their Authentic COACH stores online or otherwise.
It is very sad that these people can rip so many off, by fraudulent information online. This is the first time I haver ever experienced being deceived in such a manner. I am so glad I found this out early on. Would never order after seeing the cheap materials they are displaying as authentic purses.
