I ordered a custom Biracial doll off eBay from Cheri. I was suppose to receive it in 4-6 weeks. Turned out it was over 8 weeks. Upon opening the box I was immediately upset. This was my dream doll & it was destroyed. Her paint job was horrible. Her face looked dirty & she had Black around her nose. Her hands, feet, legs, arms, every inch of her skin looked nasty. She had white spots & creases on her. She uses rocks in her dolls & makeup to paint them. This is why the color doesn't last. I asked to return the doll for a refund. She just said she don't do returns. I spent $300. on this doll and waited two very long months just to be very upset. I'm not the only dissatisfied customer she has had many, many others. She use to work under Step Above Nursery but got such a bad reputation that she had to change her companys name. She should be put out of business for the shotty work she does!
