I get this email from this group. I spent 140.00 and they kept the merchandise.
Hi Kevin, I researched your order and regret to inform you that it is not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit because the package was returned incorrectly and not per our return instructions and store policies, which were agreed to prior to placing an order online. There was no RMA number on your package. Our return instructions specifically state in bold that you must put your RMA number on your package. In addition, we post this information on our website under Customer Service. You replied to the return instructions/RMA email so I have cut and paste the section I am referring to below:
Send your package to: Cherished Woman Returns 26895 Aliso Creek Road, Ste B289 Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Attn: RMA #C3300WM151A3L2077W79B32R31226 You Must Put Your RMA Number on the front of your package as addressed above. If you return your package without your RMA # on front it won't be eligible for return, refund or exchange.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; unfortunately, we can't issue a refund, credit, or exhcange.
