The Chevron gas station at raton, NM, has set their pumps to slow down during the last 50-cents to 1 cent every 2 seconds - or 1 min 40 seconds to get the last 50 cents of gas. They want the customers to quit, not finish pumping before the last of the gas is pumped - therefore they pocket the change. They will try to tell you that this is the way all pumps operated, as if you have never pumped gas before.
