Child Support Enforcement -Supportkids.com - Supportkids - CSE stole my money and refuses to close my case Austin Texas
I was injured at work, and didnt pay child support for two years,but payments were kept up until then.My son now is 24 yrs old and supportkids are still taking out money in which they say I owed 147,000 dollars, which is not so.
Then in return get back to me now saying I owe 48,000 which I tell them this is not true either, telling them I have proof showing how much I actually do owe which was around 3,000 dollars.
I moved from Tennessee to Texas at this time. I tried too settle with my ex-wife and find out how much I owed her but instead she turned it over to Supportkids.
Now they are garnishing my checks and telling my boss they will fine her if she doesnt follow up on this matter.
All this time we asked for a receipt on how much Ive paid, they would not sent anything for a long period of time. after receiving their payment history, and telling them I paid it through the courthouse in Tennessee, they said they checked my account but didnt I have friends whom work at the courthouse. And there was no recorded showing where they had been in contact.
I have all my records and receipts showing I have paid up but, Supportkids didnt bother too check my status on this matter just assumed I havent paid anything at all.
I paid 90.00 every two weeks and they sent my exwife 54.01 of this.Somehting is not right about this company. Now Ive started a new job and I get a letter showing where they now want to start taking out again.
Supportkids just wont give up and Ive paid more than 3 to 4 thousands more than I should have, I try to be a good dad and take care of my responsibilities as a father but this makes it real hard to do
Please help in this matter anyway as possible, I know Im not the only one getting ripped off my this so called company who is suppose to be helping but the only thing they are helping is to put more money in their pockets.
If there is more people like myself getting ripped off PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SUPPORTKIDS.
