Children's Orchard Ripoff Shocked and appalled. Mother and baby asked to leave due to soiled diaper. Milford Massachusetts
I was shopping with my 2 year old for a snow suit. I was in the store less than 15 minutes, when a very rude and ignorant employee asked me to please take care of that. She was referring to my son who had just pooped his diaper. My baby has had chronic gastrointestinal health problems since birth and where and when he let's the dam break cannot be estimated. I was getting ready to cash out when I was insulted by this woman, who by the way should probably not be working at a childrens clothing consignment store. Perhaps Barney's or Saks Fith Ave is more her style. As I headed toward the door with my crying child, she followed immediately behind spraying an air freshener. I have shopped here for 6 years and will never return. I have never been more insulted. Shame on the owner Gayle who allowed such a thing to take place.
Since it is a franchise, I will be sending a certified letter to both headquarters and the owner of the Milford store.
