im writing because my kids were taking from me on april 22 due to me being in an abbusive relationship. i got away from that relationship may 19. since then i have gotten my oldest back cuz he turned 18 in july they still have my 6 yr old. he has been moved to 3 different homes. the second foster home in Danville Pa is where it all went down hill. i get supervised visit at the FSU place downtown. on August 15 i went for my normal visit where i got 1 hr supervised 1 hr unsupervised, i show up n my caseworker Lindsey Yanuzzi was there to inform me that i wasnt allowed to be alone with him cuz when he was 4 he took a shower with me due to the fact that my tub was leaking if you took a bath also he has tubes in his ears n was scared of taking a shower, more or less she was accusing me of molesting my kid therefore i snapped n they put the building on lockdown. my next visit was in 2wks but i had to cancel due to me being sick. so my next visit was on september 17th but i got a phone call on the 12th stating they wanted an emergancy removal which they moved him on the 13th. on the 14th his new foster mom noticed bruises from his butt down. when i got him on the 17th i took him to the er to find out what happened,after 3hrs blood work n xrays everything came back normal except his iron was a little low. the release papers from the er clearly said follow up with his doctor n referred him to an abuse clinic in harrisburg pa.
i took my 6yr old to harrisburg n cny was suppose to be there,well they sent someone whoo had no clue what was going on n he didnt even bring the pictures to the appointment,but i had mine that i took at the er. ive been trying to find out what happen from that interview n no one will tell me what happened. i keep getting it was a disease so far Lindsey has told me he had 3 different ones she keeps changing the story. ive been doing everything they wanted me to n they still keep telling me i cant have my kid. its one excuse after another. clearly my son was abused in the home in Danville n cny is trying to cover up the truth. all i want to know is who hurt my child n why wont they give him back. its been 7 months snce they took him. they took me to court on 11/4 n decided to keep him n go back to court in Feb. my son is so upset cuz he wants to come home n wants to know why its taking so long. now cny is saying that my son needs to learn how to behave before he can come home...thats not why he was taking. i got out of that relationship moved n everything. im tired of them hiding that my son was beat. he never looked like that in my custody n if i had him n took him to the er like that cny would of been on my butt n took him right away. all i want is my boy back so i can be a family again n cny dont want that

and your children. There are many people being abused by these people. It is very sad this is allowed to continue in this country. There are hundreds of thousands of people trying to get justice, its now up to the people to force change. This problem seems to be worse in America, UK and Canada.
