lynn Barrillari contacted us to do an insurance estimate on feb 5,2013. her chimney was damage during the storm.after carefully examining the damage we came to a conclusion that the storm damage the chase cover and the caps. the other repairs that was needed was pre- existing and would not allowed the insurance company to pay for that work, so we gave her two separate estimate and two separate contract.one for the insurance company and one for her she sign and authorised both contracts.she gave us a deposit,a post dated check and told us that she had to transfer fund, and wrote bal due upon completion that check cleared. after the repairs was completed we tested the fire place and the oil flue and they work perfectly fine we expected to be paid in full but was told that we should pick up a check on feb 17,2013 she had to transfer funds to her chase account, when we got to her house on feb17,2013 her sons answerd the door and and told us that she was in vermont and we should come back on feb 21,2013 to collected the check, when we went back on feb 21,2013 we were greated by barking dogs and and smoke comming out of her fire place no one answered the door. we left several messages for her she did not returned any of our calls or paid her bill. we had no choice than to take the contract with the signature of the completion of the work that she signed before and after to the sorrogate court to put a lean on her property, this way the propery will not be transfer to her until she pays us. by the way we have never delt with lynn Barrillari before we delt with her now decease husband. lynn Barrallari is dishonest person and want something for nothing. we have serve our community very well and never had a complain on us before.
