China Hand Art china-handart.com Fraud charge my credit card 2 times! Xiamen fujian of China Internet
I purchased a painting from china-handart.com online and paid using my credit card and when I check my account and billing statement I see that they charge me 2 times!
I filed a complaint and contacted them many times but no response.
The card details will be stored on their system and they are going to charge your account not just one but two!
