Choice Home Warranty CHW They took monthly payments out of my ckecking account. When my heater went out other than repairing it they cancelled me! Edison, New Jersey
CHW took monthly payments out of my cheacking account ever month. My heater went out (Sat.)11/10/2012. I reported this (mon) 11/12/2012. A severce comoany came out and cheched the unit and made a report to CHW. They called me and said the service company said there was rust in the unit.( Rust in The dry Az. air, this is not the coastal aera!). They then said they would not repair the unit! I then ask the if they were not going to honor their warranty services to please not take any more money out of my account, then I was e-mailed that I was cancelled.
I reported this to the service company and they were upset about this and said they did not put that in there report and would say that is any report.
