Tampa,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

To answer youe question, yea it's true. I worked here for about a month plus. The manager is sleeping with the admin so that is true. They pretend it's not true and try and keep it a secret but I saw them out to dinner and kissing. this is supposed to be a management training with staples as Patrick said. It's not. First off they work with quill not staples. Second it's door to door sales. Third the management training program is bs. first you do door to door sales, then you train other people to do door to door sales, then you build a team of these peolppw which has to be 10 people total and they have the make the manager 4000 a week in profIt. tgen you become an assistant manager and still go to the field. Ten you can run an office which you still go to the field! You never stop the door to door! What's the point of getting promoted? you have to pay rent, supplies, the hr team.... And you still do door to door sales. Also on quill you aren't allowed to sign up people who already use it. They re loop territory every 3 months - so what happens once everyone has it or they aren't using it for a reason? Good luck on a straight commission job. To answer the question on the hr team lying? Yep that is true also. Patrick told me this was not door to door and that this wasby commission. They make "35k a year and that's not including bonuses". There is NO base.
Do not be fooled! there are ao many red flags. I started because of the management training. Once I found out it was bs I got out immediately. I ended up losing money there due to costs of gas. Don't let the same thing happen to you

Im only finding this one negative comment (clearly from a female as I to am female). Is there something more substantial I can read about this company? Like maybe exactly what the company is, does, etc? For now it sounds like a disgrunteled employee issue and I would like to see for myself.

If its a company from Maitland using PSI in its company name in some way, then the name is International PSI, Inc. After doing extensive research I found out that they are affiliated with Cydcor. Cydcor is known for deceptive door-to-door sales tactics including fishy fundraiser booths at local shopping centers (See youtube video). There company website looked legit until I saw the picture quality of the office members, they used either a low budget camera or they used cell phone pics. My guess they were too cheap to use a professional photographer. Also HR lied about this not being some door-to-door sales and the compensation, the website told the real truth to some degree. As for the President possibly being involved with the female office staff, who can blame him when they were pretty cute in their photos provided on the company website.
My advice would be to ignore and not apply to their job ads that are posted on Careerbuilder and/or any other online job board.
