On May 16, 2015 to 11/16/2018 I purchased a home warranty policy at a cost of $1050.  On August 9, 2015 I file a claim on  kittchen cooking range.  Choose Home could not locate a repairman and ended up on August 12, 2015 for a settlement of $400.  On 09/16/15 I call to see why I had not recived the check.  They claim it was sent out but, we had not recived it.  On 09/23/15 I called and was told check had been cleared to send out.   Still no check.  On 09/30/15 I call once more and was told that new check had been expidited to send out and would be in no later than 10/09/15.  

Still no check received on by 10/09/15.  On 10/09/15 after not reciving check in mail I called and was told that first check had been cashed and that they would now have to  investigate and this would now take another 90 day or more.  Sound like I am being "Riped Off" I never recived the check and darn sure I didn't cash it.
