chris bartek This company is totaling fraudelent. They said your get 14 days trial, but the trail starts when you order and get the product 5 days later, When I called to cancel the UNOPENED product, I was told it was too late. Santa Ana California
I saw an ad for Victoria Osteen skincare product, which I now see was a false ad) as to the great skin care line she developed. I love Vicotria and I trust her opinion so I ordered Suisse Cream. But there is a 14 day return policy which I did not see anywhere listed and the trial starts the day you order, not the day you receive the product. They double charge you for two shipping charges but both products were inthe same package AND I only ordered one product and was sent two and charged differently for two products. This company is a total scam and fraudulent. When I called one of the numbers listed on the 2 x 2 packing slip that did not disclose charges, dates or terms, the representative did not recognize me as a user AND when I called a second number, the rep said the trial is over and I did not qualify for a refund of my unopened products, Instead they asked if I wanted to buy more at a 35% reductions. Please bring this company to justice with its lies and scams.
