My vehicle was illegally towed on Sept. 14,2013 as posted in an earlier report, by Frovik Towing, and I am still in litigation for its return in civil court. Just recentely Chris Frovik was busted for theft of a $41,000 dollar skid steer that he claimed he legally towed (abc newspapers.com) he has been getting by with theft under color of Law so long he actually believes his actions are grandfathered as legal. I am garnering names of other victims of his over the years, and would like to hear from you if you believe your vehicle was illegally towed by Frovik, or any other Towing co. in Minnesota (((REDACTED))) @gmail.com, its time to put a stop to this prdatory Towing.

I do not believe Chris Frovik dba Frovik towing has a license to tow in Blaine minnesota, or anywhere else. I would encourage anyone that feels that they have been ripped off by the towing of there vehicle, should contact the Minnesota Attorney Generals office, and add a complaint to the growing file that is accruing. What is amazing is that like the story of the emperor that wore no cloths. the police and the courts in his county do not want acknowlege the naked truth, and that many of his tows are out and out theft of property. Maybe the Feds should look into this as well.

Go look at this theft report about Frovik Towing aka Froviks Towing.
There are a few about this company here. He has been charged with stealing construction equipment valued at over $35,000 and two felony charges that landed him in jail.

He was even sued by another tow agency for stealing the other companies business but sadly Frovik one and he should not have.
This guy has a shaky reputation around the area and other tow companies talk about this guys tactics you can read about.
What is amazing is how he can still have a towing license.
