Chris Kelly Ranch House Roofing Dallas Police Called Nightmare threats Royce City, Texas
On January 18th, 2014 Chris Kelly met with me and had been contracted to work on a property I manage. He promised that the work would be completed in 1 day. I told him two days minimum. We had a problem with a possible cancellation of our insurance and Mr. Kelly and his wife stated they would send (4) people instead of (2) to get the job done. We had only a few days to get this done. Long story short, no consistent work, not completed almost 2 weeks later, and on January 30th in the deep night, he threatened me on my phone and text until 7:47 am. Dallas Police were present during this and personally called him and informed him of the consequences of his threats. They also let him know they were present during this matter.
I did manage to get Mr. Chris Kelley to get his crews to finish the job. This was almost two weeks from the contract date. When Mr. Kelley threatened my well being and violence towards me, as well as stating that he would spend100K dollars to destroy me, as well as make me sell a kidney, kick my a** at my home, did I get the Dallas Police involved. I later found out that morning that Mr. Chris Kelley has had a trail of multi-state rip-off claims and warnings on state government websites.
Please google Chris Kelly Washington State fraud, Chris Kelly Georgia state fraud, Chris Kelly Pure Green Construction complaints, and Chris Kelly Ranch House Roofing Royce City Texas complaints. The Washington Sate .gov website has a heap of information. You can also find TV reports on this guy. I would advise you to do your research before you make a hiring decision. He did have his workers and a step son complete this job after the Police were called with his threats. I guess he did not want another complaint. Check his name with the BBB.
His Pure Green Construction was shut down apperently in August 2012, and he re-opened apparently as Ranch Style Roofing a few days later in August 2012. He already has 1 complaint with the BBB since August of 2012, that appears to have been resolved. He scared the heck out of me with his calls and text. I am glad I called the Police and let them handle it. He is liscensed, However one State says they do not know how he received a lisence. Apparently it states, someone did not do a background check. Please email me if you need legal help or need a witness in the future! He is scary.

This is chris and yes 10 years ago We had a company fail just like alot of companies did during the finacial crisis. This man is talking about one company that went under due to multipal contract stopages during the financial crash. How is going banckrupt with a company now considered fraud, crooked behavior, or whatever else he is saying ? buisness's go down it happens and nothing i did was EVER intentional. I am a father of nine kids married 23 years and successful construction contractor in texas that has hundereds of happy customers. This guy was NOT i repeat NOT my customer. He was a H.O.A. manager he was NOT mananging Us or the job or my customer or anything else. The client i worked for was VERY happy with my job. As far as threat. s any sane person would be very pissed at someone else putting there nose into something that has nothing to do with them. I repeat the client had issues with the H.O.A an I did my job!! and he evens said that he got us to finish. HOW LAUGHABLE IS THAT. this was not his job this was not his property and i did not contract with him. But he intends to claim he did all these things to get me there to finish this job. He is crazy. As for changing companies here in texas again not true. We incorporated and that name was taken. chose the one we use now It was NOT!!! SHUT DOWN. I will be happy to show pictures and show refrences whatever else that needs to be shown that i am a legitame company with excellent records. I am FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED as well as i am one of only a few ROOFING COMPANIES with actual workers compensation covarage. I actually pay taxes and have 20 fulltime employees. I will forgive this crazy person because that the kind of god i have in my life and believe me i should not. But god has givin me a great life. but i had to respond to this because its complete crap
