Christian Carter is very transparent about payment terms and contact information. All details of the order are listed on the order screen before the order is submitted. Once the order is complete an email order receipt is sent to the customer's inbox. The email order receipt shows the time and date the order was placed, items ordered, payment terms and contact information. If you review your email order receipt and find that there is something incorrect on your order you can contact Christian's support team immediately by email, live support or phone. Christian Carter's team is not staffed to take live calls but your phone message will be addressed as soon as possible.
If you would like to order the eBook and do not want the monthly interview series subscription just make sure the box for the bonus interview is unchecked and confirm this before you submit the order. If you placed the order and aren't sure if this was included just go to our contact page at http://www.catchhimandkeephim.com/contact.html or send an email to [email protected] and we can check this out for you. On our contact page (http://www.catchhimandkeephim.com/contact.html) you will also find an FAQ section that will answer many of your other questions about purchasing with Christian Carter.

Wow! I was going to buy this book today and I am so glad I read this! There is no way I want my debit card to be charged each month without my approval!! The fact they were so nasty with you shows me that they are scamming people because no company who runs a real business would behave this way. I was wondering why you could only buy the book online and it wasn't in any bookstore...now I get it. They are scamming people and making millions I'm sure!!!

I purchased the Catch Him and Keep Him E book and with that came the Dating Interview subscription. The first was free and then it was to be 19.97 per month. Well after the first 2 CDs I no longer wished to recieve them so I contactedChristian Carter via hisemail contact address andpromptly received a reply stating that the CDs would be discontinued. and they were.....immediately. No more deliveries and no more charges. Just a polite reply saying thank you for my interest in the program.

I have purchased the e-book and a couple of other programs from Christian and had the most amazing experience with the material provided(which totally transformed my relationships with men and people overall) and no problem with charges at all(first time I checked the box "monthly subscription" as you receive the first CD for free and canceled later without any charge and the other two times I just unchecked the box.

As many others have said here, this is all an issue with paying attention to the boxes that are automatically checked at time of purchase. If you uncheck them, you don't get sent the extra cd's. I personally tried both Christian Carter's book & cd's & also Rori's book. I cancelled both in writing & got a prompt response & cancellation each time with no charges to my card. Don't bother calling for a refund as they don't have a full staff, it's a small business. Just email & you're fine. You really have to pay attention when you are purchasing anything online because many sites have these extras at checkout. Additionally, to say it's a "trashy worthless product" is merely your opinion. Just because something is not helpful to you, doesn't mean no one will benefit from it.

I have signed up, ordered, cancelled, re-signed up, re-ordered, etc....depending on my ability to keep up with the information, put into practice, and financial issues. I have been helped tremendously by both of these people who I believe are truly trying to help some of us who aren't "relationship savvoy" and haven't come from homes that good relationships were taught or exampled.
Each time I have had to cancel, I have had a pleasant response and quick "service". When I re-signed, there wasn't any issues there either. I have used the CD programs and when I felt they were no longer benefiting me or even had a single CD that I did not particulary enjoy and agree with (new age imaging etc), I asked to be refunded and was given my refund. I have never had issues with either of these 2 people and I have been using their materials for 5 years now. For some people, it is a total change of psychology to embrace a system that goes totally against your natural instincts and just one session or program isn't enough to make a total reversal of natural habits to instantly disappear. Through their help, I have finally made a break through in realizing my behaviour patterns and able to stop them because I recognize them now, and choose a more positive and constructive response and mental reaction which has proven good in the fact the the same person I liked and had problems with being able to connect with is still in my life 5 years later. It has been a lot of withdrawals and reconnections but the re-connections wouldn't have happened without their help. Great info for those who are able to listen and receive and allow yourselves to be helped. If you don't need the help, then these programs aren't designed for you anyway. Of course they are trying to make money as all counselors will. You pay for knowledge anywhere you go to "study". I am thouroughally satisfied with their content and matter of doing business and have recommended their websites to many of my friends and some family who have had difficulties in relationships.
Their advice can also be applied to all relationships in general. It's about understanding the other person and realizing your own response patterns and what triggers positive vs. negative and knowing what techniques to use to create the responses from the other person that are most favorable. I love a win-win senerio!

I have downloaded this book and paid for it with my debit card. Before the time limit to be charged went by, I e-mailed them and told them I was not interested and I was not charged. I then decided to order the program and I examined it for a few days, but decided to send it back. I was not charged for the program, EVER!. When you order from this site, you have to "uncheck" the box which says you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly series. READ more carefully.
I didn't really think the series was worth the money, but I hate to see someone malign a company or product when THEY did not read carefully. I see this person received a refund. I don't think Christian Carter is unethical, though I don't know for sure. This is just based on my personal experience. Also, any debit or credit card can be cancelled. It doesn't have to be a prepaid one. In fact, if it is a regular debit card, it depends on your bank. My bank has been very good about removing something from my card when I tell them I didn't order it.

I was led to Christian Carter's site through the Website and services of Rori Raye, another "relationship coach". After ordering her e-book (which was actually very good) and receiving her free "Interview with the Experts" bonus CD (Christian Carter), I noticed that the 2 websites are structured EXACTLY the same, with the same setup, sales lures and types of offerings. I am posting the following as an advisory only, because I have certain apprehensions in light of the similar structures and advertising setups of these services. I initially subscribed to the monthly Experts CDs when I ordered Rori Raye's Ebook, then changed my mind within a few days and cancelled before even receiving the free Christian Carter bonus. on 6/10/08 I sent in a written cancellation via email through a provided link, and requested that I receive in writing via email a confirmation of cancellation. on 6/12/08 I also called the toll free number provided and had to leave a voicemail cancellation request as I was never put through to a physical person. I am noting the following observations as a matter of record: To my email cancellation request I received an automated response from "Rori's computer" that my email was received. This is what I received (note the "from" and "reply-to" addresses): ---------------------------- Subject: I received your question From: [email protected] Sent: Tue 6/10/08 10:57 AM Reply-to: [email protected] This is an automatic response I'm sending you because I wanted to let you know that my team and I received your email, and we're going to get back to you as soon as we can. We usually respond within 24 hours...sometimes it takes a little longer (especially if you're emailing and it's a holiday). If you've been kind enough to share a personal email or story about your own life or situation, I really appreciate it. I try to read as many of these as I can, but I can't read and respond to each one. So please don't take it personally if you don't hear back from me. I am listening though, and thank you! Please do not reply to this email because we will not see your reply. Thanks! Rori Raye's Computer ------------ Here are the details you submitted: Summary = Cancel Subscription: Interview with the Experts CDs Issue Details = Hello, I've changed my mind about Subscribing to this CD series, I didn't see the whole article index online. Please cancel my CD subscription and send confirmation of cancellation to (not copied to this posting). The original order information is contained below. thank you! (order and shipping specifics not included here) ----------------------------------------------------- I ordered the Ebook "Have the Relationship You Want" on 6/6/08. **As of this posting I have not yet received a written confirmation of cancellation.** **To my voicemail cancellation request I have not yet received a return call from this company to confirm my cancellation.** Noting that the "From" and "Reply-to" addresses are the same, I immediately questioned if they would not see my reply, did they see my request? That may be a big red-flag. Because I have not received a timely response in accordance with their written policies, I will be notifying my bank against unauthorized subscription charges in advance, just as a precaution. I am also saving printed copies of all offers, refund promises and other correspondence. **If I do receive an unauthorized subscription charge, I will update this posting.**

I recently purchased Christian Carter's e-book and I can tell you that Vigorlady is absolutely wrong. You are not "automatically" billed for other goods. You are give a prominent display of the other products and asked if you want them. Yes, they are checked as a "yes" and you MUST uncheck the boxes. That's a little problematic as what happens is if you are not paying attention, and you just click to pay, those boxes are checked and you get billed for the additional products. That's what happened. It's not "automatic," you just have to pay attention, on any internet site. LOTS of them do this. Buyer beware, YOU must read what you are submitting.

Whattaya know, they actually got in touch with me after several emails and phone call attempts, a few days later to inform me that they would cancel the "subscription" (I never signed up for) and refund my $20, which they did within one day after contacting me. They also apologized for my "having trouble with their answering system" which was amusing since their "answering system" was a woman named Susan who hung up on me the moment I breathed the words "I want a refund." Be very careful when ordering any of these e-books online, and read the fine print, look to see that no boxes are checked that will authorize any unwanted charges to your credit card for unwanted products. The product Christian Carter sells, by the way, is laughably common sense, obviously geared for complete relationship morons. He goes to great lengths to explain how women can catch and keep a man (which is the humorous angle of my article which I used this "e-book" as a reference) by basically advising women they'll get a good man if they don't act like a needy psycho. Well, DUH! It made great fodder for a great article that got rave reviews for me. so, I can't complain too much.
