Fraud: Christiani Casanova Carter/ Roger Carter/ Christiani Rossi
There is a major scam going involving a man supposedly named Christiani Casanova Carter in and around Oak Harbor. He poses as a wealthy guy from Miami. He says he is involved in the entertainment industry, modeling, music, advertising. He seeks either, assistants or models. He asks them to open a bank account (or two) so that he can begin transferring funds so you can start paying his personal accounts, and run errands and so on. He will deposit fraudulent checks into your account and then have you immediately withdraw the money - you will then be liable for the uncleared withdrawal. He does this in increments of 2,000, 2,500, or 5,000. He attempts to legitimize his company, that he calls DressCode Entertainment (or NextMiami, SoBe Entertainment).
He will ask you to fill out a W-4, do not do this (you will be giving your social security number and address). He poses as being from out of the country, Italian, or European so that he does not have identification, always asking for you to use yours. He also, never has a vehicle, asking to be picked up at certain locations. His lies of not having a vehicle include: His girlfriend whom works at the Naval Base is using it, a pastor at a local church is borrowing it, or he has it parked at a local store. Do not believe this character and phone the Oak Harbor police immediately.
He is about 6'2", blue eyes, short brown hair (a sort of buzz cut), and very narrow eyes, is very thin and has a tattoo of a bull rider on his left arm, and an unfinished angel on his ribs that runs up to his neck. He wears urban street clothes, black jacket with sweater, fitted jeans and leather loafers. His speech is slow and his demeanor is very relaxed and a bit dissociated with his surroundings. He makes calls to someone who his helping him, a woman. His phone number is 305-336-9140. BEWARE!

His real name is Christopher Andrew Rogers. I'd have to say that he is so caught up in his own lies that he actually starts to believe them himself. Delusions of granduer, bipolar, high anxiety, pathological lying, multi personality disorder,and depression are just a few of the things he most likely suffers from. He is EXTREMELY illogical & mentally unstable!!!!!!!!!!! For pressing charges against him he is now threatening to kill one of the girls & threatening to killme as well(andi haven't been in contact withhim for several months). He has been stalking me for approximately 6 months now. He harasses my family, and has even tried to get my brother to plot against me & one girls roommates husband to as well (failing of course to recieve their help...). I have changed my number 7 times at this point, and he still tries to contact me.
His threats include "putting a pistol to our heads" and saying to my sister that if we do not contact him we will "be taking a long vacation.. actually disappearing for good."
TAKE CAUTION IF YOU SEE HIM AND CONTACT NEAREST AUTHORITIES!!!!!!!!
He is wanted in North Carolina, Broward County (FL), Miami-Dade County (FL), LA County (CA), Duval County (FL), and Colorado.
EVERYTHING HE SAYS IS A LIE DO NOT LET HIM FOOL YOU!! THE STORY IS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE MAY SEEM CONVINCING AT FIRST BUT DONT BELIEVE HIM!!!

6'2, scrawny, pale, drugged out looking, light blue eyes that are always bloodshot,and if you look closely at the unfinished angel tattoo on his chest (facing him on the right) you can see where he tried to cover "Chris Rogers" in small cursive above his nipple area. Like said above, bull tattoo & also on opposite arm small tribal. He usually smells like BO or too much Axe.
