UPS had delivered the package to the wrong address. We tracked it and Kim offered to pick it up herself, as it was a gift from her friend, and the place was not far from her. We refunded shipping charges, and then refunded the buyer for some products that they returned. Products were not falsly advertised. Customer was just not happy with the product. Everything was taken care of due to a shipping mistake.
