Chrome Pros Plating poor quality work and terrible customer service Corpus Christi Texas
I sent my wheel to this company and was told 2-4 weeks turnaround time, it was almost 8 weeks before I got it back. The chrome peeled off in just 4 weeks. I was told I could not get a refund but that they would replate it for free.
I sent the wheel back to them and after 12 weeks, several phone calls and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they called and said my wheel had been shipped back to me. Guess I'll wait and see if it really shows up and IF the chrome actually sticks.
