Chrysler Financial They are extremly rude and told me to have a yard sale! Farmington Hills Michigan
I had been laid off from work and got 1 month behind. I started getting phone calls, immediately at the rate of 3 and 4 calls a day at all hours of the day.
I was like 1 week of being due to pay the next month and spoke to one of their employees to make payment arrangements. That was ok for about 3 days and the phones calls started again. Even after a payment had been made. This time the employee was rude. Each call was ruder than the last. One guy told me, he did not care what I did to get the money to them. He asked me , "dont you own anything?" "You can sell something!" -in fact, why dont you have a yard sale. I know you got to have something there you can sell?!!"
This was so belittling. I tried to tell the man I had already made arrangements with another employee. He did not care, he told me over and over that they were going to get their money. One way or another. He was very argumentative and getting louder by the minute. I was beside myself and did not know what to think. I know this cannot be a proper manner in handling the situtaion. Had I known how I was going to be treated in this way. I would never have purchased the vehicle.
