I have had multiple harrassment issues with Chrystler and vow to never use them again!!!! My husband is a business owner and was given a bad check by a client which messed usp our finances. I paid my payment with a bank check which had our account number on it it was cashed but they said they did not recieve it Because of this we were 30 days late on a payment. They called our home and asked my 12 yr old daughter where I was because they were coming to take my car away. They did not even ask for an adult!!! My husband was so mad he had a heart attack which resulted in months of recovery and unable to work despite this we continued to make timely payments when walking our dog my neighbor approached me to state that chrystler financial called them to say that they were in the process of recovering my car and wanted to know if we still had the car..and asked if I was home, because I was not answering their phone calls. My payment was 5 days over the due date and was already sent in.

My husband and I were expecting our first child. She was very special because she was our first to actually make it past the 2 months mark. All the other pregnancys failed. Due to all our medical bills we called chrystler financial to defer our payment to the end of our note. This was approved and confirmed by mail from Chrystler. About 2 weeks later I receive a very disturbing phone call from Otis Hoke in Chrystler's collections office demanding the payment that we had deferred claiming that there was no record of this. I told him that I had record they sent. He demanded that I leave my home, go to my office and fax the letter to the on a toll number. He said they had no toll free fax numbers(he gave me 682-831-4196). I was very sick due to the pregnancy, I let him know that and he had no remorse and demanded that I get to my office and fax him the conformation or they would reposses my vechicle. I asked for the supervisor and he, Mr. Johnson demanded the same information. By the end of this phone call, I had hyperventilated and my husband had to come home from work. We called back later to speak to a supervisor and they refused without account information. We gave the information and received the same rude collections office and he refused to transfer me to a higher authority. I called back days later and spoke to John Olson, he was well mannered and gave me the toll free fax number of 800-330-8060 and he resolved the problem. I will never forget this awful torture and to boot, none of their cars hold there value so you can't get rid of them. I hate my dodge!!!!!!!!!
