The Church Of Malphas claims to be a legal Church and also claim that they were established January 1, 2013. its founder and president would be barbara sobel who lives in the state of New York . If the church Of Malphas is a Legal church then they would need to be registered with the secretary of state and they are not if you do a search for them they do not exist. View the photo that I have provided for proof and note the date.

Barbara claims to have sent legal papers to a religious leader ordering him to stop using the name church of malphas.
this leader is not using the name to sell goods or any product and since the church of malphas is not a legal business these papers do not have any legal standing.
The church of malphas has also "hired" Adam daniels as a teacher for their forum the crows nest to teach ahrimanism.
Adam daniels is a convicted sex offender Adams associates have also been committing acts of terror against religious leaders. these acts include criminal stalking child abuse mental abuse and harassment.
adam daniels has made numerous websites at the request of barbara sobel to slander and cause mental stress to many religious leaders.

Tom erik raspotnik has no criminal convictions. and if he was a sex offender he would be registerd just like adam daniels.

Please be aware that Tom Erik Raspotnik is a noted sex offender and child molester. All information is public knowledge and in sex offender data banks.
He has molested and performed sodomy on several young boys under the age of 5.

These videos are primary from free pornography sites and originate overseas, making it difficult to trace their servers.

once again more slander being posted by a joke of a man in his field, Tom Erik Raspotnik aka Tom Blackwood aka Blobtard. not only his slanders against the Church of Malphas is false, he fabricates evidence, creates sock accounts, and smear remarks that people are sex offenders, rapists, or pedophiles. yet he has no proof of it. we do have a trademark and our website is copyrighted, we work with a lawyer we represents a trademark company we hired. on top of that, Tom was sent a letter from our lawyer asking him to respond in writing in order of compliance. all he says to that is he never received such, but now he is saying in blogs he has received them so his new tactic is to make fake websites promoting false hoods against our church across seas where is under the illusion he will be safe there. we have repeatedly told him to have his lawyer because he says he has a lawyer contact our lawyer, but no such was done. we gave him the contact info and all, yet no such was done. for a man he has his own father sign for that letter, which is in the image posted with this rebuttal, yet he still refuses to admit its authenticity. clearly a delusional man who can accept reality that we are pursuing him by legal means. and he spells my last name wrong as well which shows his incompetence to handle legal proceedings.
