Complaint Review: Ciara Group - Norcross Georgia

In 2008, I won from a local radio station a vacation package which includes a 3 day-2 night stay at over 135 resorts through Ciara Group. There's a reservation certificate to fill out and make at least two reservation requests. You can do this both via mail and on the internet. You must contact Ciara Group within 35-90 days of your trip.

I sent ours in on the 20th of December 2008-via the internet, we desired to schedule a trip for February 2009. Well within the limits. Their website states Ciara Group is waiting on the hotels. I contacted the hotels personally, no one has attempted to make reservations for us and stated that (these hotels) have never heard of Ciara Group.

I have tried contacting via phone-line always busy. Fax number doesn't work. E-mail address were all returned due to boxes full. I sent the original confirmation via certified mail, it came back yesterday, stating box is closed, no forwarding address.

I am contacting the radio station to warn them of these scammers, as I know someone paid for this, and to let them know to not charge me on a 1099 for this since we are unable to use.

Please don't accept anything from this company. It is a TOTAL scam. See the scam below-from their website.
