Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
While ordering products from McAfee to keep from being abused on the internet, a advertisement flashed for this Credit thing. I thought how silly, I'd never order that and exited the page.

Next thing I know a charge for $79.95 shows up on my bank account. I immediately tell the bank I don't know what this is for and not to pay it. Well Wells Fargo's only solution is for me to cancel that bank account and open another one. My SS checks go there, I can't do that.

I am just amazed that neither McAfee or my bank would help me. McAfee just ignored my report of the incident. How can this thief get away with this?

When I went to search for the company on line, I found all of this reports of other people being ripped off, too. I don't know what good it will do for me to add another sob story, but it seems to be all I can do! As others have contacted the company only to be told they would get a refund and of course a cheating company (individual ?) is very unlikely to return what they stole - just because they are asked to.

It took awhile, but CIC did issue a refund. I believe the charge was a computer software glich. I encourage others to contact and explain in detail how they may have been charged by a advertising glich. Good Luck.
