Hughes of the California Consumer Action Network, has filed an action on behalf of consumers. It's all in the report. Why were you billed twice? That Court Case pending might have an answer. Maybe you should try to collect a refund. Again, a month has gone by, I am unaware of any progress regarding this case. Maybe you can share an update with us some time. Hope this helps.
