Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was ripped off not only once but twice. Me and my fiance were trying the "free" credit report and the only thing I received was an online view of mine and nothing on his because the website was down.

Here it is 30 days later and we are missing 158.90 out of our account. Seeing as we work at McDonald's, that's a pretty big chunk out of our account for receiving nothing.

Since I did not receive anything I think the company CIC Credit Monitoring should receive nothing and would like my money back!

You would think they might learn by now, that people are not going to buy their service; not even if they sneak the service into a "free credit report aggreement". What happened was that when you accepted the option to receive a free credit report, you also purchased a credit card security monitoring system. They are credit card researchers who provide you with hard to find information, and possibly alert you to unauthorized charges or excessive inquiries. The excessive inquiries can make a credit report look potentially negative, when it really is not. Call 1-888-888-8553 to collect your refund. I don't know what time frame your in, but don't take too long or you will be stuck with it. Right now they have to honor their own "Terms of Aggreement" which does leave a refund-window open for you. Congratulations to you and your fiance. Don't let this crap spoil your honeymoon. ;) Hope this helps.

First of all, have you filed a fraud report with your local police. Do this ASAP!!!!!! File a report with the FTC and FBI. You can file both online! get a free consultation with an attorney to see if you can sue them. Don't be fooled, scams like this make certain people a lot of money. Find out who the people behind this scam and sue them in court!!!!!! But don't ever give up. Also, go to your bank and file a report of the debits in question. If you didn't give permission or cancelled it and they still debited your account, you can file a Dispute Form with your bank and get your money back!!!!! Do it now.
