I went to the freecreditreport.com website and thought that I was getting a free credit report. I got the report and then didn't know that I was getting charged for this service of the credit monitoring. I didn't realize it for a couple of months and then finally realized what happened.

I don't remember them ever saying that I was going to be charged the $12.95 a month for this service. Then when I went to cancel the service they went through the whole spill about staying on and not cancelling. I had to tell them 3 times "THAT I DID NOT WANT THIS SERVICE!!!" Thinking they were a little slow. Finally, he cancelled it and said that it should not be charged anymore, we will see!!!

I am having these same problems I went to free creditreport.com to order my free credit report. I was told I was not going to be charged. Triple advantage keeps charging my card $12.95. I disputed the first charge for 07/06 & I got it refunded but triple advantage keeps charging my card this makes twice this has happend!. I only used this service once! I did not order credit monitoring service! I know I am having the struggles just like everyong else with this fraudlent company. I was told I was not going to be charged for anything everything was free & know triple advantage keeps charging $12.95 to my credit card. Triple advantage keeps charging my card even after I disputed the last charge.
