CIC Triple Advantage RIP OFF Irvine California
I kept getting these charges against my debit card for $14.95 since March of 2008 and had no idea where they were coming from. Finally called the bank and was given a phone number to contact them. They claim that I authorized the charges on Free Credit Report which I did not. I checked credit for someone else and made sure I unchecked all the offer boxes. They only agreed to refund me $14.95 of the $59.80 they have charged to my account. They gave me an address to write to and ask for a refund. Stayed on hold for almost an hour before getting anyone to help me.
