After wasting a year trying to use the service I attempting to cancle CIC*Triple Advantage - Experian credit reporting account. I discovered that it is close to impossible for me. Their call center 1.866.506.7895 indicates that they cannot find my account in order to cancel it. The rep clained to attempt to locate it by first/last name, SS#, Capital One Account # ( I refused) city, state, email address. The rep said that the transaction # that they billed my account every month was of no use. I went to my credit card web site and rescinded my odere for them to pay this account.

Googling CIC*Triple Advantage returns tons of links containing similar problems cancelling the service. These report many different methods by which the company confuses, misdirects and lies outright the many attempts to seek
