Cindy Pajor This is one nasty unstable boss at Macy's Wellington Florida
This woman is the nastiest boss I have ever known. She is clearly unstable and miserable. She has a bad attitude towards her employees and is very unprofessional. In her constant attempt to "run" her department she picks favorites, talks about her employees and steals sales from employees she does not care for and rings them under ones she likes. She is always playing favorites and is known to let her area run wild. She allows fighting and arguing and even at times has not addressed racism and violence in her area so she wont look bad to her superiors. She never has anything nice to say and cannot perform simple tasks at the register. She hates her co worker Marcella and makes faces about her when she is not around. She cried to her employees when she found out her boss Leslie (another lunatic) was moving her. It is so unprofessional for a manager to go around crying and lamenting to her employees but thats just another day of work under Cindy. She is also known to talk about employees behind their backs to other employees which creates hostility among the associates. She hangs around with another manager Heidi who is morbidly obese, unprossional and broke. Heidi does not pay her bills and declared bankruptcy and then expects people to trust her judgement. These women running Macy's 762 in Wellington, Florida are raging lunatics and some are drug abusers. Heidi has been know to hit on male customers and make them very uncomfortable.
