I got behide on my payments and for months paid money to get cought up with no service. Then i was turned to collection' Risk Mang. I called and bought out of my contract using my M/C and paid in full $216.95 on June 2nd. was even given a comformation #.

Over a month went by when i got a call from Mr.cassidy at Risk Mang, wanting me to take care of my account with Cingular. I advised him my account was paid in full, and he stated Cingular did not show this, so i gave him my info regarding payment and was called back later and told Cingular still denies that i paid the account, i then had to fax a copy of my credit card statement to them and was then told my money was appieled to someone else account. I thought that was the end of it until today Sept:29. when i got a lettle from another collecton Co. Superior Asset Management. stating i owe Cingular $269.39. or judgement will be filed on me.

I call Risk Mang. and was told that Mr.Cassidy was no longer with them but there were comments in my file that he had sent all the info showing my account paid to Cingular, and the Cingular had pulled my account from them on Sept 1st, they thought for payment, but that was not the case. They have now turned my account over to this new collection Co. for money i paid them in June of this year. I have all my docamention to this, and will now have to turn it over to my Pre-Paid Legal attony in Tulsa Oklahoma. Just what does it take to get away from this company, "your first born child". They say word of mount is the best advertisment there is, so well see if that's turn. This company does not know when to quit, they have there money, i just want to be left alone.

I TOO HAVE BEEN ROUND AND ROUND WITH CINGULAR AND RISK MANAGEMENT. THREATENED WITH FORECLOSURE ON MY HOME. WHAT A CROCK! I WAS TOLD BY RMA THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL ME DAILY FOR 9 MONTHS. LENGTH OF TIME THEY HAVE TO COLLECT. WHEN I OFFERED $15-20. A MONTH, THEY SCOFFED AND CALLED IT PULTRY. PLEASE, I AM A SINGLE DISABLED MOM OF 3 ON A FIXED INCOME(DISABILITY) OF $500 A MONTH. THEY DON'T CARE. I TOLD THEM STAND IN LINE WITH MY OTHER CREDITORS. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND AGRESSIVE TALK BREEDS AGRESSION. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME ON MY CELL PHONE & WASTE UP MY AIRTIME WITH THEIR IDOL THREATS. I HAVE TOLD THEM TIME AND AGAIN I DON'T CARE ABOUT CREDIT. I HAVE A NEW HOME, CAR AND NEW CELL PHONE PROVIDER. FIGHT IT! SEND LETTERS TO OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT @ CINGULAR. REPORT TO YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL. JOIN THE FIGHT! GOOD LUCK
