Cingular Wireless ripoff tells you lies by saying one thing and then bills you something else, every thing they can Los Angeles California
We had just got stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in CA and went to Cingular for phones. They said "Sure you can get service on the base." We definately can not get any service. So we have been in a contract for two years on phones we never use except off base.
They also told us that our home service included several states around us, including Nevada. When we went to Las Vegas for our wedding and made some calls, they billed us for them. Custmer service reps can't tell us why and will not refund our money.

I went through SBC to get a cingular phone and was charged outrages charges. When i asked what was going on they said it must have been SBC's problem. I had to pay them three thousand dollars. and to boot when i got the phone they said i could get service and i couldnt for 6 months. but i had already signed the 2 year agreement.
