I signed on with Cingular cell on February 1, 2004. They told me when I signed on that I had mobile-to-mobile. That I had 600 minutes. That I could talk to anyone who was with Cingular. I had A.T.T. prior to Cingular. I had everything I wanted. Cingular offered me a better plan, So I thought.

They have charged me double on some of my phone calls. They have all the extra charges and I do not understand what the charges are for. It is almost 2 1/2 months since I signed on with Cingular, and my phone bill is close to $900. I spoke quite a few times to different supervisors and customer service representatives, and they have all informed me that even though I tell them that this is not what the salesperson offered me.

the salesperson deceived me into believing that I was getting a great plan. Nationwide, family plan, mobile to mobile, 600 minutes, and that I could talk to any Cingular user and it wouldn't cost me.

I believed them. I took what they said in "good faith" I had no reason to distrust them. Unfortunately, I needed to watch every move they made, and I needed to watch every line they dotted. They lied to me.

I am now in debt for almost $900 and I don't even have a cell phone and now my credit will be ruined. All because I trusted a salesperson. Isn't there something about Good Faith contracts?
