AT&T knows that using such (Collection Agencies) as Nationwide Recovery System and their (Rude & Aggressive Tactics) will lead to more problems for those who may default on their contract-agreements, which allows them to collect more money through legal-channels. They have no-intent of trying to collect only the balance-owed, they hire these types of (Collection Agencies) to offend you and piss-U-off knowing that you will ignore their attempts to contact you. Now comes the (Legal Process) which is going to cost you even more money added to your original balance. I tried discussing the issues with AT&T as-well as Nationwide Recovery System, willing to resolve my past-due-account. Only to be treated like somekind of (Low-Life Human Being) who had chose to rip-off AT&T for a cell-phone service. I will never get involved with AT&T again, they are the biggest (Rip-Off Company) in the business. You will be charged for calls you didn't make, they did not honor my Rollover-minutes, and they will never correct any problems that you have with your billing. The only thing that you will have to look forward to is being ripped-off. Warning!, those who may choose to do business with AT&T, bend-over now.

I was a victim of Nationwide also. I payed them over 1000 dollars for a bill that was 800 dollars. I got down to 797 dollars left to pay and I could no longer afford it. So, I asked them nicely could they please stop taking money out my account cause I can no longer afford it. They downtalked me and was asking me "well how you pay your apartment bill, etc." She didn't at all try to understand and started fussing at me as if I were her child. I explained to her that I was in college and didn't have the money to pay the bill. She going to tell me that I should of thought about all that before I got into debt. MY BILL WAS ONLY 800 DOLLARS, BUT THEY SAY IT WAS 1797 DOLLARS. They then started fussing at my daddy when I called him on three way and they started fussing at him. They are very unprofessional!!!!!
