I was a victim of Nationwide also. I payed them over 1000 dollars for a bill that was 800 dollars. I got down to 797 dollars left to pay and I could no longer afford it. So, I asked them nicely could they please stop taking money out my account cause I can no longer afford it. They downtalked me and was asking me "well how you pay your apartment bill, etc." She didn't at all try to understand and started fussing at me as if I were her child. I explained to her that I was in college and didn't have the money to pay the bill. She going to tell me that I should of thought about all that before I got into debt. MY BILL WAS ONLY 800 DOLLARS, BUT THEY SAY IT WAS 1797 DOLLARS. They then started fussing at my daddy when I called him on three way and they started fussing at him. They are very unprofessional!!!!!
