Circle M Livestock & Tack BUYER BEWARE! Troy North Carolina
We purchased a horse from them that they delivered to us and it was totally misrepresented. It had a leg injury at some point that we were not told about. Actually it looked like it came from a kill pen - it was in that bad of shape. So they took the horse and said they would get us another horse as no refunds were given. About two-three weeks passed and they called about another horse - this one with papers and said it would be perfect for us. We actually found the previous owner of the horse and found out it had been with two previous owners within the last year and it had several bad habits - pasture aggressive, aggressive towards people, etc. The fact that they tried to pass us a lame horse and then another horse with major issues was extremely troubling to us since this horse would be used with our grandchildren and family members. We have forgone the monies we paid to them and would advise anyone else dealing with them to STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

The owner Brian contacted us and was very upset that we were not totally happy or satisfied with our transaction. After speaking to him in depth we have come to an agreement that satisfies us completely. I have to say that he has gone above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied and after our in depth conversation and the fact that he has gone far above what we expected I can truly say that customer satisfaction is his highest goal. Circle M Livestock definitely made everything up to us and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
