Some people will sign/buy anything that is shoved in their face. Companies like Circuit City and Best Buy rely on these people. Stop acting like sheep and take responsibility for your decisions!!! Understand your options people!!! The moron who purchased the DSS system took the sales person on his/her word. What the...? These people lie because they keep their jobs by selling warranties. Read the warranty(manufacturer's or the store's) and then make your decision. Do not allow the people making $6/hr. to force you into something you do not want. If these people do not sell a certain amount of warranties a week they will be fired. They will lie to the infinite degree to keep their jobs. Buyer Beware!!!

Did it ever occur to you to get such promises in writing before forking over your hard-earned money for these service contracts? I used to work for Circuit City myself, and let me tell you ... you are exactly the kind of customer we love to get. You will buy whatever we tell you to, and we will make lots of money off your sale, as we take your money and try to hold the laughter in until you make it out the door. I find it interesting that this has happened to you TWICE and yet you still do not insist on the promises in writing! If that does not teach you a lesson then there is simply no hope.
