Downloaded software trial version & later purchased legal licensed copy of same Network Magic Pro v5.5 but found supplied license key and web address unusable.  Contacted technical support & she remotely analysed my computer later deciding to refer me to a support engineer on the following day.

Second day support engineer didn't question my computer setup and directed me to a download link for replacement software which was more corrupted and still directed me to the same faulty website for software license enabling.

I discussed this experience with my son, a graduate software engineer who works for a high tech US company.  We are amazed that Cisco, a responsible well lnown network supplier would be associated  with such a questionable enterprise.

I have wasted 6-7 hours time and 40 dollars out of pocket expense with nothing accomplished other than a bad experience with the company!
