They kept charging me for points after I paid for a membership I never used the points I bought and they were always gone the next time I logged on and never gave me any information I asked for when I used a 1 point service they took 6 points any I never got the information.

They are telling you that you can get this information like background checks for the fee of a membership then all of a sudden you have to buy these points besides. I used 1 point and they took six. I boght 10 more points did not used them. The next time I logged on they were gone. This happened when I bought 5 points too. I told them I wanted a refund on my membershipand my points and all I got was a runaround and them answering me that had absolutly nothing to do with what I asked. Which was whre are my points and how do I get a refund.
