Under ReverseMobile.com is advertised "all reverse cellphone records at your fingertips". I signed up at $39.95 for the advanced service which is with CISworldwide.com only to be linked to many other services at a fee.
I tried numerous "free" cellphone record files only to get the name of the cellphone provider or product information. No actual reverse records or names were available.
Buyer beware -- a total rip off.
