Citibags.com, Nathan Traders does not send ordered and payed bags!! Ripoff Internet
I had purchased my bag the 19th of September. After about 9 days the company send me an other bag which I did not order.
My account has been charged. I contacted many times the " customer service" center via the email address they provide however and nobody answered.
By chance I found their telephone number and called them. I have been informed that I have to send them the wrong bag back and they will send me the proper one. I did it,paying the custom fee for the former bag and for delivery back.
Today is the 10th of November. I have still not received my bag still! I called them many times and I was informed that they do not have the bag I ordered ( it is still at their webside!) and that they will send my my money back.
It never happened! They never ansvered to my emails and phones! It is very frustrating to be dealing with this and I feel have been robbed! I want the action to get my money back!
