Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good?
This people will fraudlent lie that they did an employment verification, even if they are told that the applicant they are calling about no longer works there. They will push a loan application thru regardless if you no longer meet the minimum loan requirements. They are working with the liars at Southwest Kia and are probably getting a cut from those deceitful deals.
I lost my job and tried to cancel this application before they funded the loan to the dealership. I got the run around from both Southwest Kia and Citifinancial, and the loan got funded. I questioned and investigated to see how is that possible if I don't meet the requirements anymore. I found out through the funding supervisor that my work verification was done by one of her employees. I told her she was told that I no longer work there and she still passed this application.
Citifinancial Auto must enjoy losing money cause I clearly told them I am not dealing with these fraudlent people, their employee lied to push this fraudlent loan through and I will not pay a dime on this note. And even, with all this Citifinancial has not done a thing to make it right. So that tells me that they are in this rip-off scam with Southwest Kia.

These people are horried they do not work with you, they even harass you when even If you are not late. They are very unprofessional, they make me sick just reading their comments. They are like the mafia citifinancial was orginally named, (arcadia transouth). They verbally abused me making me think I am nothing. They still have managed to get away with what they have done to others besides me for the past years. Citifinancial/arcadia transouth disgust me, they are a devil/demon run finance company. Who doesn't care about peoples feelings. This Is to all people who are looking to buy a new car, If citifancial/arcadia approves your loan run for them, they are looking for victims who have had bad credit historys or trying to Established credit. These people are very abusive, they laugh thinking they are so smart cause they are getting away with how they treat people. Cause they have a little power. They are scum lowlifes, because of the way how they treat people. If they approve you for a loan turn them down. Its not worth having a car being abused from these thugs.

Honestly its the dealership that u need to upset with, and to be even more honest you cant be mad at them. A dealership can us info that its up to 30days old if u were working there up to 30days before the date it was funded than there was nothing that was fraudlently done on behalf of either company. I understand why u may be upset but once the contract at the dealership is signed ur in agreement for full repayment of the loan.

citifinancial also ownes several home mortgage compainies who have been sued for the same thing. need to file a complaint with the federal trade commission, department of banking & finance in the state were you live asap!!! two of the home finance companies they own were sued for lieing and packing loans they lost these law suets. one in the amount of 215 milion dolars, not sure on the total amount lost on the 2nd one. so please file a complaint with the federal trade commission asap the more complaints they get helps them to be able to file another law suet.
