City Tire And Wheel CITY TIRE AND WHEEL RIP OFF AND FALSE INFORMATION Sacramento California
I discovered City tire and wheel in a lowrider magazine, thinking if its in a lowrider magazine it must be legit. I called and order wheel and tires from them for 2250.00 and western union the money. And like all the other complaints the told me to call back for a tracking number that they never gave me.
After 1 month of misleading information i asked for a refund. a month after asking for the refund nothing. I called 3 times a day everyday and after another 3 weeks i finally recieved a check in the mail.
When i opened it i was shocked to see a check for 1800.00. I called back and asked why was my check only 1800.00 and they replied that that was the restocking fee. i argued how was it a restocking fee when i waited almost 3 months for a product that i never saw nor never recieved in 2 weeks as they promised.
The story gets worst, so i go to the bank to deposit the check and the next day took the 1800.00 out. 3 days later the bank called me and told me i was in the negative 1830.00 which 30.00 came from overdrafting. They said the check bounced and had insufficient funds.
When i called back the said they don't know what happened but whenever the check was returned they would send me another one. The bank said the check was sent back a month ago and everytime i call i get sorry we haven't recieved it yet. This process has been going on for about 4 months now and i feel like i will never see my money again. Help me please.
