WOW, this is amazing.I worked for a Cydcor ICL in Miami representing a "Fortune 500 Company" which deals in the telecommnications field going business to business.
Working full commission did not bother me because I had done it before.But what amazes me is on how up & coming Stickly Advesrting makes themselves appear.Making you feel like you are fortunate to be here.That you too can be an Owner.How there is no senority blah,blah.I am tried of hearing & talking about it.Cydcor only cares about themselves as do the Promoting Owmners.As an owner you take on all the risk and no where near the money.I know about the it because I was there.
Do you ever wonder when someone quits why you never hear their name mentioned?They never address it.It's like you were never there.Lovely.
But the best and the funniest one is on how Bellsouth started making Cydcor do backround checks on people to see if they have committed any felonys or if they are on some sort of probation.This started with the Cingular Retail campaign & after that, the other campaigns jumped on board. But one of Julie Edmond's outside deals in Jacksonville,Fl,a Pedro Perez, spent 7 years in Federal Prison for FRAUD!!!!! He was able to by pass this by being hired PRIOR in Miami to the backround checks being mandatory.Once he opened in Jacksonville,Fl in October 2005,on the same campaign that he worked on in Miami, he somehow by passed the backround check needed.I wonder what Bellsouth would think if they knew this.What would it cost Bellsouth or Cydcor to do a thorough backround check on this guy & issue.

They will never let you leave with you being upset.That was Julie's motto,"Kill them with kindness".You guys do not know how much people spend while they work there.Here you are thinking that you made a thousand dollars and get to be in the thousand dollar club, & you get a check of $300.00.The excuse for you not geting the thousand dollars is that the order is pending or it was rejected for so and so reasons. I know this because I dealt with it on and day in and day out basis.The truth of the matter is that if you do not pay real good attention to your paycheck you will get screwed.How is it that someone of Julie's status gets checks from field work? Like she is going to go out into the field to sell long distance?Yeah right.Do you know how many checks sit there because no one collects them? Why is it they just don't mail them to the people? Because if no one collects them they keep the money because the check was never cashed.
