I started working for this company several years ago. It "was" a good place to work at. Within the last year, management has been corrupt. They have ignored the American with Disabilities Act, committed numerous acts of sexual harrassment against employees (known as TSR's), including those against minors. I have been threatened with a physical assault by a manager for complaining about his actions. One manager has referred to black women as "((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))," and women as "((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))," yet received no disciplinary action.

Managers have told us to rebuttal in non-rebuttal states, even though its against state laws in those states, and to dispo calls wrong to keep performance up when the program was based off of conversion, rather than sales per hour. Then we are later disciplined for doing so by higher-ups in the company, and the managers that told us to do it, let us take the blame.

Manager (Melinda Stafford) came back from lunch drunk, and the TSR's she was drinking with were sent home, yet she was just chastised. She has flashed TSR's, and even claimed she was a l*****n and needs a women. Prior to being a manager she was sleeping with the CCM.

Managers have told TSR's to suck d**k. One TSR's mom was severely beathen, and a manager told her "why do you give a f***." She has pushed an employee for complaining about not being told about changes.

If a TSR calls the grievance line, their name trickles down to the person they called on and are retaliated against. TSR's that call the grievance line, are later harrassed and given disciplinary actions that others don't receive. Some D.A.'s are falsified, in attempt to punish or deter the TSR, and even if a manager knows the d.a. is not legit, they still issue it even if a TSR refuses to sign it.

They do not follow their own escalation policies, and terminate TSR's for less minor offenses than what managers committ.

While it use to be a decent place to work, the things that occur shows the office is now corrupt, and seems to be something taken from a prison movie that creates and fosters illegal activity.
