I had placed an order with classiccloseouts.com and wasn't receiving my order. So, I tracked my package online and was surprised to see that according to Fedex, my package was delivered on 10/30/04. However, I never received my package. I live in an apartment complex, so it's a fair assumption to think that maybe somebody stole it or it got blown away.

Anyways, I sent an e-mail to classic closeouts and explained the situation. They told me that they would file a claim with fedex and have my money returned to me within 4 weeks. Well, it's now almost the end of the year, and I STILL haven't received my money back. I contacted Fedex and they stated that they paid classic closeouts the money on 12/01/04 and classic is telling me that they still don't have that from Fedex, which I find hard to believe.

It doesn't take 20 days to mail one check. I will keep following up on this, and go to the attorney general if need be, but I am not happy and would not recommend ever shopping at classic closeouts. I would like the word to get out that they are horrible to deal with.
