Classic International ripoff dishonest business practices abused & mistreated New York New York
Last December I hired Classic Internatial to move my belongings from New Jersey to Mexico City. They are supposed to be a company with Internationlexperience, but they failed to inform me that I needed some documents from the Mexican Consulat ein New York. Therefore all my belongings could not be imported.
I end up talking to Customer Service "Director" (person with lack of customer service focus) At the end I talk to the Director, which was even worst. You would think, that somebody with a little bit of common snese and business ethics would have helped me, well for sure not.
Long story short, I had to fly to New York to get the documents and then I had to pay demurrage charges to get my belongings, if not I woul dhave lost everything
Finally when the delivery is done, good surprise that some boxes are missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is time that I dont get paid for thos emissing things, plus all the time and extra charges that I paid.
DONT HIRED CLASSIC INTERNATIONAL; THEY DONT HAVE ETHIC AT ALL:
