Classic Metal Roofing - Classic Metal Roofing Systems - Exteriors Of Distinction Lifetime Roof Leaking Since Day ONE Company blows smoke! Piqua Ohio
I purchased an aluminum lifetime metal roof from Classic Metal Roofing Systems and they installed it on my home in PA. The night they finished, it rained and the roof leaked. It has leaked ever since. I have over 75 contacts with the company, via phone and emails and they have yet to fix the problem.
It is so bad, there were icicles hanging from the ceiling of my porch this winter!
They guarantee the installer and the product. So far they have backed neither. This roof cost me nearly $18,000.00, not to mention the damage it has caused since then.
The roof is a dealer only item and they will not send another dealer, nor will they come themselves to repair it.
If we attempt to get someone else to repair it, they say it will void our warranty.
Do not use this company. Todd Miller is the owner/president and so far he has done nothing but patronize us and put us off. I think he is hoping the statute of limitations will run out on our time to sue him and his company. Rodger Walters of Lehighton Pa is the installer/dealer and calls his company Exteriors of Distinction. He refuses to do anything but come on a rainy day and say, 'yeah, it's leaking alright. I'll be back when it clears.' Then he is always a no show.
Mr. Miller will not come to the phone when he is called. They like to advertise at HOME SHOWS/EXPOS, so don't be taken in by them.
