To the people who feel they have been victimized by Classic Personal Loans, a.k.a Carlos Herrera (owner), there is hope. In the San Bernardino Court House, there is a Case Report (TWV047488) that identified Carlos Herrera as a defendent with regards to other people with have been victimized by his unsuspecting loan practices, and he has been ordered to pay restituition to his victims. There is also a current case against him in progress (FWV701399) (PC-245A Assault with a deadly weapon) in which he is a defendent. This case is being handled by D.A. Michael Jones. He is well familar with this person and case history. Michael Jones is located in the R.C. Court house The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department chief (Joe Cusimano) can also be contacted with regards to Carlos Herrera, there is a large case history about this individual. He is well familar with this person and case history which goes over 10+ years. Carlos is scheduled to appear in the R.C Courthouse on March 12, 8:30 a.m in Dept R18.
