I experienced the same erroneous charge of $69.99 to my credit card. I also tried to call the company and left 5 messages with no response. I looked online to see if others had experienced this problem, many others have. One person found out that if you remember your user id and password from your previous order, you can go in and delete your credit card number that they keep on file. Hopefully this will prevent any more erroneous charges.
